Directions:

First dose begins working at 3 hours with maximum effects at 6 hours after administration. Effects are cumulative. For maximum support, give 1/2 to 1 full tube (30cc-60cc) every 8 to 12 hours as needed, beginning the night before, and during the event. Aim to time the last dose 3 to 4 hours prior to performance.

Effects may last for up to 18 hours after the last dose. Repeat during each performance day. Adjust for desired results. Compatible with any Perfect Prep EQ? formula.
