Rabvac? 3 Rabies Vaccine for horses, cats & dogs (KV) Feline Cell Line Origin. A killed rabies vaccine, safe for dogs, cats & horses. To provide 1-year protection for horses, inject 2 mL dose (two 1 mL vials must be used) IM at 3 months of age or older. Revaccinate annually. For 3 year protection of dogs & cats: administer 1 mL IM or SQ at 3 mos of age or older. Repeat 1 yr later, then once every 3 yrs (some local & state laws require an annual vaccination).
